5 Ways to Use the Blocks Analytics Dashboard to Grow Occupancy

Simple Routines for Turning Your Website Data Into Your Next Move

The Blocks Analytics Dashboard is built to give you answers, not just charts. Here are five quick routines you can run on your own, each taking about five minutes.

1. The Monday morning check-in

Filters: Last 7 days · All Locations · All Sources

  1. Read the AI Performance Summary headline and insight cards.
  2. Look at the three summary cards. Are visitors and completed forms moving in the same direction?
  3. If there's a Recommended Action, note it and decide who will handle it this week.

2. Find where renters are dropping off

Filters: Last 30 days · one location · All Sources

  1. In Standard Metrics, compare Rentals Started, Completed, and Abandoned, then do the same for reservations.
  2. If abandonment is high or climbing, check that location's unit inventory, pricing, and promotions on your website.
  3. Look at Partial Leads Captured and make sure your team is following up with those contacts.

3. Check whether your ads are renting units

Filters: Last 30 or 90 days · All Locations · Google PPC

  1. In Google PPC Advertising Attribution, note your cost per reservation and cost per move-in.
  2. Look at the move-in progress bar to see what share of total move-ins came from Google PPC.
  3. Switch the location filter facility by facility to see which locations get the best return.
  4. Share what you find with your Adverank team so budgets can follow your best-performing locations.

4. Spot locations that need attention

Filters: Last 30 days · All Locations · All Sources

  1. In Top Locations Viewed, look for locations trending down.
  2. Select one of those locations and compare its starting and ending occupancy.
  3. A location with falling views and flat or falling occupancy is a good candidate for a new promotion, a pricing review, or more ad budget.

5. Understand where your best traffic comes from

Filters: Last 90 days · All Locations · All Sources

  1. Review Top Lead Sources to see which channels bring the most visitors.
  2. Switch the Source filter between All Sources and Google PPC and watch how completed forms and abandonment change.
  3. If a channel brings lots of traffic but few completed forms, it may be worth rethinking how much you invest there.
