How to Adjust Your Occupancy Goal

Learn how to set and adjust occupancy goals for each location inside of Adverank.

Hello and welcome to this Adverank Cloud Application tutorial, where we will be talking about how to adjust your occupancy goals per location. Now, when you first log in to the Adverank cloud application, you're going to be under the entire portfolio. So you want to click on the Adverank link up here to the top left, which takes you to the facilities list.

And if you click on any location, one of the things you will see on the right here is how to adjust your goal. Now if you click on this, this is what your current goal is set to for this location. Right now you're at 81.97%, but you want to be at 97%. Now, if you feel like that goal is a little too high for that location, you can go ahead and move that down to, let's say, 92%.

Click adjust. So when you get your next day's budget recommendations through the email, that is one of the most important stats that will affect what that budget recommendation is. And that's how you change or adjust your occupancy goal.
