Learn how to set and adjust occupancy goals for each location inside of Adverank.
Hello and welcome to this Adverank Cloud Application tutorial. Today, we're going to cover how to adjust your occupancy goal. When you first log in, you'll be on your entire portfolio view.
To begin, go to the top left and click on “Adverank,” which will take you to your Facilities List. From there, click on any location—for this example, we'll use Indy South.
Once the location information appears on the right, look for the gear icon next to the word “Goal.” 
Click on that icon to bring up your current occupancy goal, which may be set at 95%. You can change it to a lower percentage, such as 92%, or raise it to something like 97%. After entering your new goal, click “Adjust.”
Your updated occupancy goal is now set, and it will begin influencing your daily budget recommendations starting the next day. If you have any questions, let us know, and be sure to check out our other helpful how-to videos.
