How to Filter Your Blocks Analytics Dashboard

Use the Date, Location, and Source Filters to See the Data That Matters

The filter bar at the top of the Blocks Analytics Dashboard controls every section on the page. When you change a filter, the AI Performance Summary, summary cards, attribution, top locations, lead sources, and standard metrics all update to match your selection.

Step 1: Choose a date range

Click the Date dropdown and pick a preset such as Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days, or set a custom date range.

The dates on the right side of the filter bar show the period you're viewing and the previous period it is being compared against. For example, if you select Last 7 days on October 16, you'll see Oct 10 – Oct 16 compared to Oct 3 – Oct 9. Every "vs previous period" percentage on the dashboard uses this comparison.

Step 2: Choose a location

Click the Location dropdown and pick a single facility, or leave it on All Locations to see your whole portfolio.

When All Locations is selected, some metrics (like occupancy) are averaged across your locations rather than added together.

Step 3: Choose a traffic source

Click the Source dropdown to choose All Sources, Google PPC, or another traffic source.

Keep in mind:

  • The Source filter changes website and lead data, but it does not change occupancy.
  • The Google PPC Advertising Attribution section only appears when Source is set to All Sources or Google PPC.

Filter combinations worth trying

  • One location, Last 30 days – Get a clean monthly read on a single facility.
  • All Locations, Google PPC – See how your paid search traffic converts across the portfolio.
  • One location, Google PPC vs. All Sources – Compare how ad visitors behave against everyone else at the same facility.
  • Last 90 days – Smooth out week-to-week swings and spot real trends.

The AI Performance Summary rewrites itself for every combination you choose, so it's a quick way to get an answer for a specific slice of your data.
