Report Hub: How to Use It

Report Hub allows Adverank users to create custom groups of locations and view aggregated marketing performance data. This feature is ideal for multi-location operators, portfolios with multiple ownership groups, and 3rd party managers who need flexible reporting for customized clusters of locations.

How to Access Report Hub

  1. Log into Adverank.
  2. Navigate to the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on Report Hub.

Creating a Portfolio (Location Group)

  1. Switch to the "All Properties" tab
  2. Select a location you want to add to a group and click "Assign"
  3. Either click the check box next to an existing portfolio or select "Create New Portfolio"
  4. Enter a portfolio name and hit Add, then save changes.
  5. Switch back to portfolio view to review.

 

Best Practices

  • Group locations by similar market type when analyzing CPC trends.
  • Group by occupancy tier when making budget allocation decisions.
  • Use custom date ranges to evaluate specific campaign tests.
  • Pair Report Hub data with the ROAS Estimator for move-in and return on ad spend analysis for that particular portfolio.
