This tutorial explains how to access and interpret revenue and occupancy statistics by location within the Adverank Cloud Application, helping users track key performance metrics like move-ins, move-outs, and average tenant stay.
Welcome to this Adverank Cloud Application tutorial on how to view your revenue and occupancy statistics by location. As always, when you first log into your account, you'll start on the entire portfolio view. To begin, simply click on “Adverank” on the left side of the screen.
This will take you to your Facilities List screen.
From here, you can click on any location—for this example, we'll select Indy North. Once selected, the details for that location will appear on the right. Click on the section labeled “Details”.
You’ll now see all of your occupancy statistics, including total net revenue, move-ins, move-outs, occupancy rate, daily vacancy cost, and length of stay, which represents the average time tenants are staying at that specific location.
All of this information is accessible right from this screen. As with most statistics in the Adverank Cloud Application, you can view them by year, month, or week.
