What to Expect During Your First 14 Days with Adverank
The first two weeks with Adverank are designed to move quickly while still giving your team visibility and control. The goal is to make the transition organized, get campaigns live efficiently, and make sure your team understands how to use the platform right away.
Day 1: Kickoff and Access
The process starts with a kickoff meeting. This is where we gather the assets, account access, and introductions needed to get moving.
That usually includes:
- access to the Google Ads account
- website and location details
- brand or creative assets if social campaigns are included
- key contacts for approvals and communication
This meeting also helps align expectations around timing, approvals, and next steps.
Days 1–3: Strategy Buildout
Once kickoff is complete, our team begins building your search strategy for each location.
If social campaigns are part of the engagement, this is also when we begin preparing the creative strategy and design concepts for those campaigns.
Before launch, we send the strategy and any applicable creative for approval. This gives your team a chance to review the plan and ask questions before campaigns go live.
Launch: Campaigns Go Live
Once approvals are in place, the search campaigns are launched in your Google Ads account.
At that point, the work shifts from setup to active monitoring. Early performance data starts coming in, which gives us the visibility needed to start aligning this data with your facility management system.
Activation Call: Getting Your Team Into Adverank
A few days after launch, typically once initial data is flowing, we schedule an activation call.
This is where we:
- get your team logged into Adverank
- walk through the platform experience
- explain how recommendations work
- make sure daily report emails are being received
The goal is not just to launch campaigns, but to make sure your team knows how to use the Adverank platform as part of ongoing decision-making.
Ongoing Support After Activation
After onboarding, support remains available anytime. In addition, monthly strategic performance review calls are scheduled so there is a regular cadence for reviewing results, discussing recommendations, and identifying areas to improve return.
What Success Looks Like in the First Two Weeks
A successful first 14 days is not defined by every metric being perfect immediately. It is defined by a clean transition, campaigns launching correctly, useful data beginning to flow, and your team feeling confident in what is happening and why.
